Are you planning a trip in 2011 and looking for the best things to do in NYC? Lucky you! NYC is one of the best cities for travel. Everyone has their top attractions and best things to do in NYC and here is a list of mine to make this trip your best ever.

Statue of Liberty - This iconic symbol of liberty has to be number one if you are in NYC and looking for things to do in NYC. A present from the French, it gets marvelous reviews as one of the top attractions in the world. It is 305 high and whether you visit NYC in 2011 or 2030 it will still give you a lump in your throat. There are many exciting events held at the museum and it will be one of your favorite things to do in NYC. Another museum that has a high average user rating and great reviews by those who travel to NYC is the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The art in this NYC museum is one of the best art attractions in the world, not only NYC.

Empire State Building - This is one of my favorite things to do in NYC. Standing 103 floors up in the NYC sky is one of the best feelings ever. It is one of the best things to do in NYC because of the view you have of NYC, with it's hotels and everything below. It's fun to see as you do your new york city travel plans. Shopping - NYC shopping is one of the best attractions. People who travel or are planning a trip know that NYC has some of the best shopping attractions and events in the world. Out of the 651 attractions I think a good portion are NYC shopping sites.

Yankee Stadium - If you are craving some of the best sports action in NYC (and one of the best things to do in NYC) then look no further on your trip to NYC than Yankee Stadium. You can watch one of the best teams and your 2011 trip to NYC will be complete.
